In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Services

Frost Air Deals acts as an intermediary agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, integrated resort operators, and ground transportation providers.

3. Eligibility

Prestige & VIP Packages: Certain travel packages, particularly those involving "Integrated Resorts" or "Hospitality Events," are strictly restricted to individuals aged 19 years or older. Identity verification will be required upon booking and arrival.

4. Booking Conditions

• Fares & Prices: All prices displayed are estimates based on real-time availability. Final pricing is only guaranteed once a booking is ticketed and confirmed.
• Travel Documents: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health documentation required for entry into the destination country.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards. Charges may appear as "Frost Air Deals" or directly from the airline carrier depending on the fare type.

5. Prestige Collection & Hospitality

Our "Prestige" and "Invitation Only" packages may include complimentary services (such as flights or suites) provided by our resort partners based on membership qualification.

• Allocations are subject to the discretion of the resort operator.
• "Resort Credit" or promotional inclusions have no cash value and must be used within the duration of the stay.
• Guests must adhere to the code of conduct of the partner venue. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of complimentary services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by airline and rate class. Corporate and Charter rates may be non-refundable or subject to significant change fees. Please review the specific rules attached to your itinerary before payment. Frost Air Deals charges a standard processing fee for all voluntary changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Frost Air Deals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the carrier.
• Loss or damage to personal property or luggage.
• Personal injury or accidents occurring at third-party hotels or venues.
• Denial of entry by immigration authorities.
